Yes, we offer both new and gently used sneakers. Each pair undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure quality.

3. Can I trade in my sneakers?

Yes, we accept trades. Bring in your sneakers for an evaluation, and we can offer store credit or a direct exchange.

4. How do I know if a sneaker is in stock?

You can check our website for current inventory or call our store for real-time availability.

5. Do you offer online shopping?

Yes, you can purchase sneakers through our online store and have them shipped directly to you.

6. What is your return policy?

We have a strict no refund or exchange policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

7. What is our shipping policy?

We are not responsible for any issues with the shipping courier after the package has left the Nouvelle Époque store. If you have any issues feel free to contact them. 

8. Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, we offer a loyalty program where you can earn points with each purchase and redeem them for discounts on future purchases.
